Description
The Hawaii Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide standard high-definition cable television and Wi-Fi internet services for designated Hawaii Air National Guard buildings at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam and geographically separated units throughout Hawaii. Internet service must provide minimum speeds of 200 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, and cable service must include weather, news, and emergency broadcast channels. The contractor must provide the necessary equipment, use contractor-owned cables, avoid mounting satellite dishes on buildings, and maintain service with limited to no interruption. The requirement includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, covering September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2031. Contractors must demonstrate technical capabilities, provide certified technicians when applicable, respond to service interruptions within 12 hours and provide a remedy within 24 hours, and submit monthly invoices through Wide Area Workflow. Quotations are limited to five pages and must include signed copies of the SF 1449 and SF 30, technical capability evidence, and vendor identification and socioeconomic information.
