Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a certified Veteran-Owned Small Business to provide water and dialysate testing services supporting dialysis and Sterile Processing Service operations. Testing must comply with current and future AAMI 23500:2019 and AAMI ST108:2023 requirements and includes bacteria/colony counts, LAL/endotoxin, chemical water panels, ionic contaminants, pH, total alkalinity, total organic carbon, conductivity, and total hardness. The contractor must provide sample-collection equipment, bottles and vials, shipping materials and labels, shipping, electronic or hard-copy test results, same-day alerts for results at or above applicable action levels, and additional copies of results upon request. The contractor must also provide sample-taking instructions and training, which may be delivered in person or remotely. Testing laboratories, including subcontracted laboratories, must provide an active ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation certificate. The procurement is a firm-fixed-price, single-award IDIQ with a five-year ordering period from September 25, 2026, through September 24, 2031, a $1,000 minimum guarantee, and a $475,000 maximum ceiling. Amendment 0002 adds FAR clauses 52.216-18, 52.216-19, and 52.216-22 and reopens the solicitation.
