Description
The South Dakota Department of the Military is soliciting Statements of Interest from firms providing professional architectural and engineering services for replacing all exhaust fans in Camp Rapid Buildings 801 and 803. The scope includes site investigation and testing to verify existing conditions, design development, 10% design, cost estimating, surveying as needed, and later construction administration. The team must include structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering capabilities. Submissions will be evaluated on project approach, technical expertise, experience with similar projects and constraints, project management, knowledge of South Dakota codes and National Guard requirements, error-and-omission policies, sustainable design, project-manager availability, Army National Guard facility familiarity, available resources, qualifications and licenses, and past performance. Statements of Interest are limited to 20 pages or fewer and must include summarized team-member resumes, certification or licensure information, relevant project cost and schedule history, and projects performed for the Department of the Military during the past five years.
