Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC, for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price proposal for two residual gas analyzer gas-analysis stations for the DUNE project. Each station must include a residual gas analyzer with a 0–200 amu range, operating and data-storage software, a turbo-pump-based ultra-high-vacuum system with a splinter shield, an oil-free backing pump, combined Pirani/ion gauges with filament protection interlock, pump and gauge controls, power and control cables, Ethernet remote communication, a venting system, a needle valve for metering gas from atmospheric pressure to the ultra-high-vacuum system, and a CF25 vacuum port. The required vacuum range is atmosphere to below 10^-11 mbar, with controlled leak rate to 10^-10 Torr-l/s and maximum flow conductance of 6 l/min; an Agilent AMLV1635CF or similar metering valve may be proposed. The proposal must include a formal quotation on company letterhead describing product specifications, the completed RFP form, SARC (Subcontractor Annual Representations and Certifications), and PUR-466 Proposal Certifications. Freight charges must be included, and exceptions to the specifications or terms may result in disqualification. Owner's manuals and standard warranties are post-award submittals and are not required with the proposal.
