Description
The State of South Dakota is soliciting timber clearance and debris removal services for the South Dakota Army National Guard's West Camp Property in Rapid City. The work covers Phase 1 through Phase 3 areas and includes timber clearing and debris mitigation. Exhibit A, the statement of work, and Exhibit B, the project map, are incorporated into the RFP. Offerors must comply with all RFP instructions, conditions, and requirements. Inquiries regarding the RFP may be submitted by email to Everett Hix using the subject line “RFP #26RFP19951”; inquiries received after the stated cutoff will not be accepted. The existing scope requires equipment, timber and debris management, relevant experience, a technical response, a cost proposal, and specified paper and electronic proposal copies. Insurance coverage is required, including commercial general liability, professional liability, business automobile liability, and workers’ compensation insurance.
