Description
The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth Air Force Base is issuing a Request for Quotation for component 2 of an audio-visual system overhaul and installation. The contractor must provide the equipment list and a technical drawing of the proposed system architecture for technical acceptability review. An amended floor plan identifies the audio-visual upgrade areas. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract based on price and technical factors. Delivery is FOB destination to Ellsworth Air Force Base no later than 180 days after award. The solicitation package includes the RFQ, Statement of Work, and amended floor plan. Funding is not presently available; any payment obligation is contingent on the availability of appropriated funds.
