Description
The City of Hill City is soliciting sealed bids for improvements to its wastewater treatment facility. Available bid packages include general construction; construction staking; materials testing; foundation, site, and precast concrete; miscellaneous metals; membrane roofing; joint sealants; doors and hardware; overhead and coiling doors; painting and coating; plumbing; HVAC; electrical and communications; earthwork and utilities; and process piping and equipment. Bids must be submitted on the correct bid form in a sealed, opaque envelope identifying the bidder, bid package, and acknowledged addenda. The project may be funded in whole or in part through a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan and must comply with disadvantaged business enterprise requirements, equal employment opportunity provisions, Davis-Bacon wage rates, American Iron and Steel requirements, debarment certification, and applicable South Dakota law. The successful bidder may be required to furnish 100-percent performance and labor-and-materials payment bonds.
