Description
The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments, is soliciting bids for the Ranch A Well No. 1 Project. The work consists of drilling, developing, and testing one public water supply well at Ranch A near Beulah, Wyoming. Bids must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system using State of Wyoming forms. A 10% bid deposit is required for bids greater than $150,000 and may be provided as a bid bond, cashier's check, certified check, or electronic bid bond through Surety 2000. If an original bid bond or cashier's check is used, it must be delivered to the Procurement Office by the submission deadline; an electronic bid bond requires uploading a copy of the Surety 2000 document. The solicitation includes a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and requires bidders to submit questions through the online system by the stated deadline.
