The 28th Contracting Squadron is soliciting a single-award, firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance of the infrared radiant heating systems at Ellsworth Air Force Base. The requirement is issued under FAR Part 12 for commercial items and will be awarded based on the criteria in the solicitation. The projected period of performance is one base year plus four option years, from December 8, 2026, through December 7, 2031. This is a total small-business set-aside under NAICS 238220.
