Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pine Ridge Agency, requires bulk liquefied petroleum gas (propane) supply and delivery for agency facilities and emergency backup generators. The requirement estimates approximately 72,000 gallons over a seven-month period, with deliveries ordered as needed to multiple tanks and facilities. Emergency deliveries may be required within 24 hours, and the contractor must provide all necessary supplies, labor, equipment, and delivery services. The contractor must provide continuous remote monitoring of propane levels, monthly tank-level reports, low-level notifications by email and phone, delivery tickets after each delivery, and an LP gas material safety data sheet. The solicitation is a firm-fixed-price purchase order and is 100% set aside for an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE). Quotes must include company information, pricing, and completed Indian Economic Enterprise representation documentation.
