Description
The U.S. Air Force is purchasing 16 kits of brand-name Snap-On maintenance tools. Each kit includes the tools identified in Exhibit A, including sockets, extensions, adapters, ratchets, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, inspection tools, safety equipment, and related accessories. The contractor must provide custom-cut, two-color foam shadow trays sourced from Snap-On and designed to fit the Government-owned Champion DW1500-060C-FTB toolbox. Tools must be laser-etched with the specified nine-digit Worldwide Identification numbers and any special marking instructions. Each kit includes foam trays for all six drawers, including empty trays for the bottom three drawers, and layouts must receive Government approval before production. The requirement is for delivery of complete kits, with prices held firm for 90 calendar days after closing.
