Description
The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services is soliciting qualified firms to provide project-specific professional services for state client agencies. The scope includes engineering; architectural and planning; environmental and natural resources; surveying, GIS, and technical support; inspection and construction administration; diving and underwater inspection; geotechnical, structural, aquaculture, cultural-resource, and other specialized services; and project management and administrative support. The procurement may result in multiple awards to provide adequate coverage, capacity, geographic distribution, and expertise, with no guaranteed minimum work or compensation. Contractors will submit labor-category qualifications and fully burdened hourly rates for Years 1 through 3, equipment rates and fair-market-value documentation, material pricing, and responses to the pricing language. Resulting assignments may require work plans, cost estimates, statements of work, project schedules, staffing plans, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. The contract document states an initial term from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with possible extensions, and requires the contractor to perform the majority of the work.
