Description
The University of Iowa is seeking a comprehensive employee recognition, engagement, and service awards platform for the University and UI Health Care. The solution must support virtual peer, supervisor, and leadership recognition; service-award milestone tracking beginning at five years and recurring at five-year intervals; customizable acrylic statues; award catalogs; employee rewards selection and fulfillment; reporting and analytics; multiple administrative and billing accounts; mobile and frontline accessibility; and integration with HRIS, communication, and other relevant systems. The University anticipates recognizing approximately 1,500 to 2,500 employees annually, with service milestones ranging from five to fifty years and potentially extending to sixty years. The supplier must provide implementation, transition, award administration, fulfillment, rewards management, customer support, training, account management, security and privacy protections, and ongoing recognition expertise. Proposals must address platform functionality, integrations, accessibility, cybersecurity, reporting, customer service, sustainability, innovation, and experience with complex organizations. Required response materials include audited financial statements and annual reports for the previous two years, a catalog of award items and acrylic statues, a mock-up of the proposed acrylic statue, three client references, supplier and contact information, detailed technical and implementation responses, and pricing for service-award items, statues, and software or administrative fees. The resulting agreement is intended to run for two years, with up to five additional two-year extensions by mutual written agreement.
