Description
The University of Iowa is conducting a Request for Information regarding outsourced accounts payable invoice-processing services and related technologies. Respondents should describe their service delivery models, invoice intake and processing capabilities, workflow and approval functions, payment-readiness support, supplier communications, and operational performance metrics. The requested information also covers invoice-capture technology, OCR, artificial intelligence and machine learning, integrations with ERP, financial management, procurement, supplier-management, and payment systems, security and privacy controls, business continuity, implementation methodology, service levels, pricing models, higher-education experience, references, and measurable client outcomes. The RFI is for information-gathering purposes only; no award will be made, and any future procurement would be issued separately.
