Description
The Township of Evesham is soliciting sealed bids for 2026 disposal facility and roll-off dumpster services. Bidders must use the Township's proposal form and submit a sealed bid package containing a copy of the bid documents on a USB flash drive. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for at least 10% of the bid amount, capped at $20,000, along with a Certificate of Consent of Surety and Power of Attorney for the full bid amount. The surety must be authorized to do business in New Jersey and commit to providing a performance bond for the full bid amount. The successful bidder must comply with applicable New Jersey affirmative-action and equal-opportunity requirements and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
