Description
The Township of Cedar Grove is soliciting sealed bids for leaf disposal, loading, and transportation services. Bidders must use the Township's standard proposal forms and comply with the requirements stated in the specifications. A bid guaranty of 10% of the base bid is required, with a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $20,000; acceptable forms include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond from a reputable insurance company licensed in New Jersey. Bidders and subcontractors must submit proof of registration with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue. The Township may hold bids for up to 60 days after opening while reviewing qualifications.
