Description
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority is soliciting sealed bids for a storage tank blanket contract. The work includes storage tank blanket services as outlined in the specifications available on the electronic bid page. The contract duration is 1,095 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Bids must be submitted exclusively through SEPTA's Electronic Procurement System; mailed or hand-delivered bids will be rejected. A virtual pre-bid meeting is available but attendance is not mandatory. Questions must be submitted in writing by the stated deadline, and bidders must comply with applicable disadvantaged business enterprise, equal employment opportunity, nondiscrimination, and Executive Order 12549 certification requirements.
