Description
The Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or organizations to provide case management and technical assistance services to residents of eleven authority-owned or managed housing sites and participants in its Housing Choice Voucher Program. Proposals will be evaluated under the criteria stated in the solicitation, and negotiations may be conducted with firms that have a reasonable chance of selection. The solicitation states that proposals must be received by the authority no later than October 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Questions must be submitted by email by September 11, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Minority and small-business participation is encouraged, but no formal set-aside is stated.
