Description
Arapahoe County Facilities and Fleet Management is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a variety of garments and apparel customization services, including shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, outerwear, hats, beanies, safety apparel, and related accessories with County-approved embroidery. The County has clarified that it does not currently have a formal agreement for uniform or apparel customization services. Historical expenditures were $23,020 year-to-date in 2026, $14,954 in 2025, and $13,016 in 2024; the 2026 amount includes $200 boot/safety-shoe and $200 apparel reimbursements under the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Vendors previously used for these purchases include All Custom Wear, NiteLite, and DTL, but the County states that this does not indicate an existing contractual relationship. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, packaging, delivery, sizing information, care instructions, samples or proofs upon request, inventory of commonly ordered items, order-status communication, and replacement of defective or nonconforming items. Proposals must address product selection, sizing and colors, quality, availability, delivery, pricing, experience and capabilities, proposed products and services, implementation timeline, warranties, references, a completed submittal form, performance measures when requested, and required insurance documentation. The contract term is one year with four additional renewal periods.
