Description
Maricopa County Community College District is soliciting an all-or-nothing bid for seven new digital radiology systems: three overhead tube crane systems, two U-arm systems, and two floor-mounted systems. The equipment must include specified generators, tables, wall stands, wireless cesium iodide flat-panel detectors, workstations, and related accessories. Bidders must price the equipment, freight, delivery, taxes, warranty, and installation at GateWay Community College, Estrella Mountain Community College, and Paradise Valley Community College. The awarded vendor must complete full installation, acceptance testing, Arizona Department of Health Services documentation, and coordination with the construction contractor. Delivery and installation must be completed by June 30, 2027, followed by two to three days of applications training in July and/or August 2027. The vendor must also provide administrative access and lifecycle, cybersecurity, software-support, and federal equipment-management documentation for the supplied systems.
