Description
Yavapai County is seeking a contractor to supply concrete sand material on an as-needed basis and deliver it to requested County locations. The material must meet specified grading and sand-equivalent requirements, be approved before delivery or placement, and be supplied in a uniform, well-graded condition that does not require further mixing. The contractor must provide certified certificates of compliance from the material source or certified test results from an approved testing laboratory. Bids must include pricing for concrete sand material on a per-ton basis and a separate delivery rate on a per-ton-mile basis. Orders may require five days' advance notice, and the contractor must respond to requests for work or materials within 72 hours. The contract is for one year beginning December 1, 2026, with up to four additional one-year extensions by mutual agreement. The County does not guarantee any minimum or maximum purchases.
