Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs National Acquisition Center is soliciting offers from vendors that already hold a current qualifying equipment contract with the VA National Acquisition Center High Tech Medical Equipment Branch or the Defense Logistics Agency with VA ordering authority. The consolidation covers numerous medical imaging requirements across VA healthcare networks, including ultrasound, portable C-arm, MRI, CT, mammography, radiography, PET/CT, hybrid, and related imaging systems. Each requirement is intended to be awarded as a standalone delivery order, and vendors may submit alternate offers where permitted. Offers must include individual configuration and line-item pricing, multi-unit discount structures, equipment offers, vendor workup spreadsheets, compliance matrices, and equipment-specific technical and security information. Required information may include completed VA Directive 6550 Appendix A assessments, brochures, drawings, FIPS 140-2 certification, MDS2 forms, operating-system support plans, technical specifications, support information, and technical-training information. Responses must use the provided folder structure, be uploaded as a ZIP file to the designated Box location, and be accompanied by an email confirming the upload; email, paper, fax, and CD-ROM submissions are not accepted. The government will evaluate availability of required features and service, with best-value awards based on price and other factors.
