This Sources Sought notice seeks capable businesses for a potential four-year, firm-fixed-price maintenance and repair contract covering Siemens radiology, nuclear medicine, cardiac catheterization, imaging workstation, contrast-injection, and UPS equipment at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System Seattle Division. The equipment schedule includes Symbia systems, a Biograph Vision 600, AXIOM Sensis systems, an Artis Q system, a Syngo workstation, a STELLANT Flex system, and a Powerware 9355 UPS. The anticipated scope includes planned preventive maintenance, manufacturer-recommended inspections, on-site remedial and emergency repairs, all required labor, travel, genuine OEM replacement parts, OEM-certified diagnostic tools, documentation, software updates and patches, and hardware and software upgrades available during the performance period. Services are to be performed on site during weekday business hours, with a four-hour on-site response time and 60-minute telephone response time. Respondents must have authorized proprietary diagnostic software rights and fully qualified, manufacturer-trained field service engineers; subcontracting requires COR approval. The stated performance period is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2030.
