Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source contract to Excel Imaging Solutions LLC for service and maintenance of all existing Samsung digital radiographic equipment owned by the Augusta VA. Vendors that can provide the required services and are authorized by the manufacturer may submit credentials and an authorized manufacturer letter to be considered for competition instead of a sole-source award. The requirement includes a base period plus four option years. The period of performance is explicitly stated to begin January 16, 2027, with the base period ending January 15, 2028, and the ultimate contract date stated as January 15, 2032.
