Description
The Department of National Defence is procuring six portable digital radiography kits, with options to purchase up to six additional kits through March 31, 2030. Each kit must function as an integrated system comprising a portable 150 kV pulsed X-ray generator, reusable digital radiography panel, wired laptop- or tablet-style system controller, X-ray image-processing and storage software, hard transport case, operator manual, and all required cables, connectors, and components. Mandatory requirements include battery operation, remote and local controls, image storage and enhancement capabilities, wired operation without wireless transmitters or internet access, ruggedized field performance, and specified size, weight, temperature, imaging, display, storage, and transport-case limits. Initial delivery of six kits is required by March 31, 2027. Offers must include technical and financial proposals, the Offer Submission Form, and the Offeror Declaration Form; award will be based on the lowest evaluated price among compliant offers.
