Description

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Health Service Corps is seeking teleradiology support services under a small-business set-aside. The requirement includes permanent and portable digital X-ray equipment; delivery, installation, testing, certification, maintenance, and transition support; teleradiology interpretation and reporting by qualified radiologists; and integration with government picture archiving and communication system and electronic health record systems without requiring a proprietary image-viewing system. The equipment and associated information technology must support FedRAMP-authorized cloud services, encrypted data transmission, continuous monitoring, vulnerability and asset management, security information and event management integration, and log retention. Imaging plates must meet specified size, pixel pitch, matrix, bit-depth, spatial-resolution, signal-to-noise, and detective-quantum-efficiency requirements, and equipment must support chest X-rays at a source-to-detector distance of at least 70 inches. The procurement is for a single-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, plus a possible six-month service extension. The government states a $500,000 minimum for the IDIQ and will issue task orders, anticipated to be one annually. Proposals must include separate volumes for the proposal summary, product offering, technical capability, past performance and experience, and price. The past-performance volume must use the provided form and include up to four recent, relevant, and valid references.
