Description
The City of Sedona is seeking a contractor to design, install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting and decor at designated parks, facilities, and public locations throughout the city. The work covers ten identified locations and includes all labor, materials, equipment, lift rental, location-specific designs, cost breakdowns, seasonal installation after Thanksgiving, display and maintenance through the first week of January, and removal within 10 calendar days afterward. The contractor must respond to reported maintenance issues within 48 hours and use durable, commercial-grade materials suitable for outdoor public installations and repeated seasonal use. Proposals must include a letter of transmittal, firm profile and relevant experience, samples of comparable work, at least three references for comparable municipal or commercial holiday lighting projects, proposed designs for each location, confirmation of the installation and removal schedule, and a complete location-by-location fee schedule using the provided cost form. The estimated project budget is approximately $75,000 to $100,000 per season. Proposals are evaluated on firm experience and qualifications, project understanding and approach, and cost.
