Description
SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to purchase Varian Medical Systems interventional oncology solutions and related products through Vizient Contract XR0155 without a formal competitive process. Vendors offering equivalent products may contact the designated procurement representative to discuss the procurement. Any proposed equivalent must meet the clinical performance of the Varian solutions. Vendors offering equivalents must provide supporting clinical documentation at no cost, along with equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial. The successful contractor must submit valid and current New York State workers’ compensation and disability forms. The contract term runs from September 14, 2026, through the expiration of Vizient Contract XR0155.
