Description
The Indian Health Service intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for six new Midmark Preva DC intraoral X-ray units, Catalog P7017-P, or equal products. Equal equipment must demonstrate compliance with the stated physical, functional, and performance characteristics, including 120 VAC operation, 60/65/70 KVP, 4–7 mA tube current, 20-millisecond to 2-second exposure time, 0.4 mm focal spot, double-stud mounting hardware, and a 76-inch reach arm. Each unit must include an original equipment manufacturer two-year warranty, operator and service manuals, and no used, refurbished, remanufactured, gray-market, or counterfeit equipment or parts may be provided. The requirement is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside under the Buy Indian Act. Award will be made on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis. Offerors must submit pricing, technical literature, Unique Entity Identifier, active System for Award Management registration, Buy Indian representation, warranty information, and acknowledgment of amendments by email. Delivery is required within 120 calendar days after award, with acceptance following Clinical Engineering inspection and verification of compliance.
