Description
Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Johnson Controls Navy Systems, LLC for inspection and condition assessment of the No. 1 Air Conditioning Plant's 225-ton-capacity hermetic R-114 compressor (No. 1 R-114 Plant) supporting Seawolf-class submarines. The estimated period of performance is October 2026 through October 2026. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may submit written capability information for the Government's consideration in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses should include general information and technical background describing the prospective contractor's capabilities and relevant experience. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award.
