The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting 10 three-stage 8010 fire system booster pump units, brand name or equal to Balco LLC model GBSLUCK 1029. Each unit must conform to the attached bill of materials, drawings, cut sheets, and salient characteristics, including the specified pump, motor, variable-frequency drive, pressure tank, valves, controls, piping, structural components, and related electrical components. Equal products must include specifications sufficient for technical evaluation; offers without specifications will be considered nonresponsive. The requirement also includes two hard copies of the manufacturer's operation, maintenance, and repair manuals for all 10 pumps, including as-built mechanical and electrical schematics, parts lists, pumping flow charts, troubleshooting information, recommended consumable spare parts, and a no-asbestos statement. The complete equipment system must be inspected and certified by an OSHA-authorized Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory, with two hard copies of the NRTL certification report provided. The solicitation is a firm-fixed-price supply requirement with delivery requested by December 23, 2026.
