Description
North Kitsap School District is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide commissioning agent services. The scope includes reviewing design documents, developing commissioning plans, performing field verification and testing of building systems (HVAC, controls, electrical, plumbing), and preparing final commissioning reports. The selected firm will work with the district's project team to ensure all systems operate efficiently and meet design intent.
