Description
The City of Springfield is soliciting field and laboratory testing services for city construction projects. The scope includes asphalt, concrete, aggregate, soil, and pervious concrete testing, including testing of city-provided samples. The contract will run for one year with four one-year renewal options. Testing must be performed by qualified contractors in accordance with the solicitation requirements. Minority-owned, woman-owned, and small business enterprises are encouraged to respond.
