Description
The School District of Springfield R-12 is soliciting bids for trash liners in 20–30 gallon, 12–16 gallon, 32 gallon, and 44 gallon sizes. The solicitation specifies case quantities, dimensions, thickness, seal types, colors, weights, and reference products or equivalent items. Bidders may propose alternate products that meet or exceed the specifications. Estimated quantities are aggregate quantities over the contract term and are not guaranteed. Bidders must provide pricing, manufacturer and model information, liner specification sheets for each applicable line, and samples for all trash liners bid. Samples must be exact items, clearly marked with the manufacturer, model number, vendor name, and bid number, and delivered before the response deadline. The resulting non-exclusive contract will run for one year from the award date, with purchases made as needed through district purchase orders. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days after receipt of a properly executed order.
