Description
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is soliciting a contractor to provide preventative maintenance for HVAC, water-treatment, potable-water-heating, pool-related, and associated equipment at Shakamak State Park. The equipment inventory includes furnaces, air-conditioning units, condensers, air handlers, exhaust fans, water heaters, pumps, controls, backflow preventers, water softeners, and related systems. The scope includes scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, calibration, testing, adjustments, filter and maintenance-related part replacement, seasonal startup and shutdown support, service documentation, and maintenance of water-treatment and cross-connection-control equipment. The specifications provide for quarterly service visits generally, with seasonal or additional visits where specified, and allow the State to request separately invoiced emergency services. The contract term is two years, and the contractor must perform at least 15% of the work with its own forces.
