Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting firm-fixed-price water operator services at the Federal Correctional Complex in Terre Haute. The contractor must provide an Indiana Department of Environmental Management-certified DSL and WT3 operator; maintain the certifications throughout performance; conduct EPA-compliant chlorine residual testing in the distribution system and water plant five days per week; and perform iron, finished iron, raw manganese, and finished manganese testing at the water plant. The contractor must provide a certified operator for at least five visits per week, compile and sign monthly reports containing daily testing results, chlorine and potassium permanganate usage, and daily flow totals, complete standard monitoring framework requirements, provide operator training as needed, and attend Indiana Department of Environmental Management site inspections. The initial performance period is October 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with four one-year option periods. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside and requires an all-or-none quote using the provided solicitation form.
