Description
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is soliciting a contractor to provide preventative maintenance services for kitchen equipment at Shakamak State Park. The scope covers walk-in coolers and freezers, ranges, ovens, fryers, mixers, pass-through units, dish machines, booster and sink heaters, disposers, serving tables, and related equipment identified in Schedule A. The contractor must perform an initial inspection, develop a maintenance protocol, update the equipment inventory, and provide four prescheduled quarterly service visits per year during the two-year contract period. Services include systematic inspections, repairs, parts replacement, testing, cleaning, adjustments, callback maintenance, and emergency services when requested. Service reports and work orders are required after visits. The contractor must perform at least 15% of the work with its own forces and may subcontract no more than 85%.
