Description
Sullivan County, Indiana is seeking Statements of Qualifications from professional engineering firms to support Community Development Block Grant–Disaster Recovery projects, including wastewater and drinking water improvements, stormwater improvements, and mitigation projects. Services may include preliminary and final design; plans, specifications, cost estimates, permits, approvals, bid documents, and schedules; bidding assistance; and recommendations for award. The selected engineer will also provide construction-phase services, including pre-construction meetings, submittal and shop-drawing review, construction issue resolution, pay-request and change-order review, construction inspection or observation, project closeout, and coordination with the County and applicable agencies. The contract may be firm fixed-price or cost-reimbursement and is contingent on final grant funding. This is a qualification-based selection; proposed fees should not be included. The Statement of Qualifications must address relevant experience, similar projects, references, staff resumes, project leadership, scope, timeline, funding-source coordination experience, and evaluation criteria.
