Description
Bloomfield School District is requesting qualifications and proposals from design-build teams for the 2026–2027 School Facilities Improvements Project. The scope includes design, construction, and equipping work at Bloomfield Elementary School and Bloomfield Middle and High School. The notice identifies an approximate project budget of $1,700,000. Responses must include verified statements of qualification and proposals addressing design-builder qualifications, similar project and design-build experience, organizational resources, performance history, proposed team composition and key personnel, client references, litigation and disputes history, bonding experience, and the required information under Indiana Code Section 5-30-5-3. The selection will consider qualifications and best value, and the School Corporation may reject any or all responses or terminate the project before award.
