Description
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is soliciting a contractor to provide a two-year preventative maintenance program for water and wastewater systems at Shakamak State Park. The scope covers lift stations, duplex lift stations, pumps, wet wells, control panels, electrical equipment, valves, treatment-related equipment, and associated appurtenances identified in Schedule A. The contractor must perform an initial site inspection, develop and maintain a service schedule, conduct quarterly or otherwise specified seasonal inspections, perform required testing, cleaning, lubrication, repairs, part replacement, adjustments, and callback service, and provide service reports and recommendation reports after visits. Work must comply with manufacturer instructions, industry standards, and applicable federal, state, and local codes. Emergency services may be requested separately, and the contractor must perform at least 15% of the work with its own forces.
