Description
The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest from property owners or authorized representatives for a fully serviced, 265,000-ABOA-square-foot warehouse in Hyattsville, Maryland, within the delineated area covering Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. The facility must provide 10 loading-dock bays, paved driving access for 18-wheelers, surrounding fencing, and eight surface parking spaces. The offered space must meet federal fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, and floodplain requirements. Expressions of interest must identify the building and address, available ABOA and rentable square footage by floor, full-service rental rates including specified tenant-improvement and BSAC allowances, operating costs, and authorized-representative information. If submitted by someone other than the owner or property manager, written ownership authorization is required. The full and firm lease term is five years with no option term.
