Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a contractor to maintain and support the existing patient and guest Wi-Fi infrastructure at the Baltimore, Loch Raven, and Perry Point VA Medical Centers. The scope includes managed support, remote administration, real-time monitoring, outage response, configuration sustainment, dedicated internet bandwidth, software updates and patching, and maintenance of existing switches, access points, routers, wireless LAN controllers, servers, licenses, and related connectivity. The contractor must provide on-site corrective maintenance, OEM-certified parts and service, required labor, travel, tools, and materials; refurbished parts require prior written approval. Outages must receive a response within one workday and be resolved within three working days, with routine response coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The procurement is a firm-fixed-price RFQ evaluated on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis. It is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, and offerors must be certified in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification database. The base performance period is October 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with one six-month option period from April 1, 2027, through September 30, 2027.
