Description
The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Tradespace, Inc. for a proprietary cloud-based software-as-a-service platform supporting the FDA Technology Transfer Program. The subscription must provide two authorized users with real-time market intelligence, patent and portfolio analytics, prior-art search support, commercialization reporting, licensing-partner identification, investment and industry analysis, and portfolio-management dashboards. The platform must use isolated private AI instances, encryption, role-based access controls, audit logging, and applicable federal information-security and FedRAMP or equivalent controls. The scope also includes onboarding, live virtual training, self-service training resources, continuous data updates, dedicated technical support during standard Eastern Time business hours, an account manager, platform updates and bug fixes, and required security documentation. The base period runs from September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2027, with three one-year option periods. The notice states that the requirement is restricted exclusively to Tradespace and that equivalent products will not be accepted.
