Description
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract to S&P Global Market Intelligence LLC for three S&P RatingsDirect subscriptions. The subscriptions provide access to proprietary ratings information, including rating reports, rating actions, analyses, commentaries, industry research, sector reports, market data, and credit default swap spread information. The information will support the agency's bank-supervision mission, including evaluating the creditworthiness of financial institutions and sovereign entities and monitoring market conditions. The stated period of performance is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, plus four option periods. This is a notice of intent rather than a request for competitive proposals; responses from responsible sources may be submitted with clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the requirement, solely to inform a potential decision to conduct a competitive procurement.
