Description
Niagara College is establishing and updating a Qualified Supplier List of experienced subject matter experts for domestic and international education, training, consulting, and capability-building assignments. Potential work includes sector and market studies, needs assessments, curriculum and detailed design, proposal preparation, facilitation, project management, program delivery, report development, monitoring and evaluation, and related studies and appraisals. Assignments may cover a broad range of subject areas, including business, technology, sustainability, education and training, equity and inclusion, leadership, student services, trades, and hospitality. The prequalification does not guarantee any work or minimum volume. Qualified suppliers may be invited to compete for future, assignment-specific Statements of Work, with fees negotiated at that second stage. The Qualified Supplier List is valid until February 29, 2028. Proponents must submit business and technical submissions, a completed expertise checklist, references, and the required proposal and conflict-of-interest forms through the electronic tendering portal.
