Description
The North Texas Municipal Water District is seeking proposals from a consultant to facilitate a comprehensive update of its strategic plan. The work will reassess the District's strategic direction, operating environment, organizational priorities, and implementation approach. The selected consultant will collaborate with the Board of Directors, Executive Team, staff, and identified external stakeholders.
