Description
The Office of the Auditor General of Canada requires one Level 3 business consultant with user experience expertise to provide advisory services to its Inclusive Design Team. The requirement is for an estimated 100 days of effort during the proposed period from November 2, 2026, through March 26, 2027. This is a competitive, selective procurement under the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services supply arrangement, category B.3—Business Consultant, Level 3. It is restricted under the Government of Canada's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business; only qualifying Indigenous businesses are invited to bid. The requirement includes corporate Designated Organization Screening and Reliability Status requirements for the resource, although supply arrangement holders do not need to hold the required clearance to submit a bid. Proposals will be evaluated using the highest combined rating of technical merit and price, and may be submitted in either official language.
