Description
The Department of National Defence is soliciting one pre-qualified performance management consulting firm under Stream 2, Business Consulting Change Management Services. The requirement is limited to suppliers pre-qualified under the Task-Based Supply Arrangement and the stated consultant stream, security level, region, and tier. The resulting contract will have a 24-month period of performance plus two one-year option periods. The work is to be performed on the contractor's own premises in the National Capital Region. Bidders must hold the required Designated Organization Screening (DOS) clearance with Reliability-level document safeguarding. The RFP documents will be distributed directly by the Contracting Authority to invited qualified supply arrangement holders and are not available through the public tender application. Responses may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
