Description
Ohio County Cooperative Extension Service is soliciting sealed, lump-sum proposals from qualified contractors for an office building project. The scope includes renovation of the existing reception area and construction of an addition containing four offices, a conference room, a mechanical room, and a new unisex restroom with shower. The work includes all required labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, services, general construction, mechanical work, and electrical work specified in the contract documents. Bidders must inspect existing conditions before submitting proposals. Proposals must use the forms contained in the Project Manual and be submitted in a clearly marked, sealed envelope. Contract documents are available from the designated plan room for a $200 deposit per set, with electronic copies also available subject to applicable charges.
