The Regional Water Resource Agency is seeking a qualified engineering consultant to provide alternative-delivery procurement and management assistance for the Max Rhoads Headworks Project. The opportunity concerns engineering support for a wastewater headworks project, including owner’s-representative and project-management assistance. The existing qualification requirements include relevant alternative-delivery, headworks, and combined-sewer-system experience; qualified personnel; Kentucky engineering licensure; and at least three similar-project references, including projects completed within the past five years. Required submittal materials include firm and team qualifications, relevant experience, resumes for up to five key staff, project understanding, approach, office location, statutory statements, a notarized indemnity agreement, and a certificate of insurance.
